I trained in Eastern medical massage in Japan and China. For more than 15 years, I have worked in clinical pain management, and have training in therapeutic methods for the following issues:

Anxiety
Insomnia related to stress
Myofascial pain syndrome
Tension release
Temporomandibular joint pain
Sciatica
Tension headaches
Sore or overused muscles

My technique is based on the Oriental Balanced Healing Principle, which states that blockages (knots) result from stress, fear, strong emotions, and unhappiness. These blockages may cause tension, such as tight muscles, a stiff neck, shoulder pain, and back pain. My goal is to help rehabilitate clients’ bodies and to encourage their mental, spiritual, and emotional wellness.

Through combining the principles of balanced healing and my clients’ individual needs, I have developed my own technique called Emotional Relief with Energy Healing. Energy Healing is a gentle, harmonic healing practice that encourages balance of mind. Emotions flow through the hands of the practitioner to the client’s body as the practitioner uses appropriate pressure to release deep tissue. As an Energy Healing therapist, I function as a source of balanced energy which radiates to my clients. Energy Healing is the foundation of my practice; for both me and my clients, it supports our well-being and nourishes our spirits.
